TERMS OF SERVICE
I. GENERAL TERMS.
- Provide a clear description preferably with image references for the requested commission.
- NSFW requests will not be entertained.
- Resource files are generally not included. There will be an extra fee for asking the resource files. (e.g. PSD files)
- Requests that promotes hate speech or harm to an individual will be rejected.
- The Artist has the right to decline a commission request without the need to explain the reason (however, a reason will likely be stated out of courtesy.)
- The Artist reserves a right to stop the commission or cancel a request due to poor communication and rude/inappropriate behavior.
II. PAYMENT
- Refer to the website’s terms of payment.
- All commissions are preferable to be paid upfront. In the case where the Client will be paying in installments, the Artist may ask a small extra fee to cover various transactions fees. (To which it will increase the more installments will be made.)
- All prices will be in USD or PHP (Philippine peso.)
- A limited number of three revisions are allowed by the Artist at the final phase of the project. The Client will have to pay an extra fee for every extra revision depending on the Artist’s time constraints and how big the revision will be. (Errors in cleaning and the Artist failing to put a detail from the initial phases discussed will not be charged as extra.)
- There will be an extra fee if the Client wants to acquire the resource file (e.g. PSD file).
III. PROCESS
- The Artist will update the Client several times with the progress of the commission.
- The commission will be divided into three phases.
o The First phase will include the discussion, base sketches, thumbnailing, and color keys. (At which the client may ask for a generous amount of revisions to the client’s satisfaction.)
o The Second phase will include refining shapes and the painting as a whole.
o The Third phase which is the last will be fine detailing, effects, textures, etc.
(This late into commission, the amount of revisions allowed are only limited into three. Further revisions will require extra payment depending on the Artist’s time constraints, or how big the revision will be.)
- Process will be significantly slower if the Client takes too much time to update the Artist with approval to advance further into the commission, or if the Artist is preoccupied due to an emergency or urgent matter.
IV. ARTIST RIGHTS
- All rights of the commission done retained by the Artist will include Distribution, Reproduction, use for the artist’s Promotion. (e.g. Profiles, Portfolio, Private and Public Spaces.)
- If the commission is defined as confidential, there will be a temporary delay for public display of the image at the request of the Client.
- The Client may display the commission in any website or profile as long as the Artist is given due credit along with any links that lead to the Artist’s portfolio or Public profiles.
- The Client is not permitted to use the Artist’s name or misuse the commission which would discredit their reputation.
