Time between updates was very long. Often seemed as though I was forgotten. At one point there was a month of complete silence. However, they did finish the product and it was very high quality.

This artist does amazing work. They are incredibly talented, and they are very friendly in their communication. They take great attention to detail. I definitely recommend this artist. I did not get my piece until nearly 20 days after I originally commissioned the artist (the job states 10 days), but the artist had PC issues and they also told me the piece would be "10 days or more." Otherwise, great artist and great product!
As usual, Irvan is a patient and speedy artist. Edit requests are fulfilled swiftly and I mean, just look at it. Wonderful work.

The artist is rather talented and is receptive to adjustments/corrections wherever they might be necessary. Their mastery of metal and leather materials in particular are quite impressive and I certainly encourage any client intending commissions heavy in those materials to consider this artist. Painting lacked the detail advertised. Background colors were decent. Character felt lackluster.
