+COMMERCIAL USE+ such as for streaming or game assets will add 50% from the total price. for example after discussion the total price is $80, so comm price will add $40, so the overall price is $120.
I can do 2D background painting. Usually it is used for Visual Novel/Animation/Vtuber asset. Depends on the details, one background can either be done in 1 week up to 1.5 month(depends on my current worklist). If you want a faster work, please provide me with clear description and references.
