By commissioning me, the artist Sketchpoo, you agree to everything shown below when buying a commission.
Personal Use and Commerical Use of the art
Personal Use: You may use my art to display (with proper credit) and claim the characters in the drawing, not the art itself.
Use the art to promote something with proper credit.
Commercial Use: If using the art for commercial use, ie.) to print it on a book and sell that book, you must pay 200% of the commission upfront.
I have the copyright to my art and can use it to promote myself and display and post it wherever I’d like.
I. Personal Terms
a.) Please message me in a clean message, it doesn’t matter whether you use grammar or not.
b.) If you have any ill intention towards me or my art and I feel as if it isn’t appropriate behavior, I may finish your order or cancel it depending on your behavior. After finishing or canceling, you can not commission from me again.
c.) I will NOT be drawing NSFW.
d.) Failing to follow the rules listed above can lead to a decline of your commission.
II. Payment
All payment must be USD only. Other payments may lead to me being cut short unless stated otherwise.
III. Art Progress
Progress will be given out in 3 stages, but it’ll vary depending on the commission.
The General Three Stages
1.) Sketch
2.) Line art
3.) Coloring
If you, the client, don't respond to any of the progress you may not tell me to change something to the finished product. However, if you tell me to add something extra during the sketch and line art stage (not the coloring stage) i'll gladly do it.
IV. Refunding
After sending me the funds for your commission, refunds are not accepted unless stated otherwise. Filing a charge back will lead to me canceling your order and banning you from my commissions as a whole.
ToS can be changed if discussed before the payment.
