Mostly I will finish the work within 24 hours sometimes less but just in case if things happens and I have to delay it like unmaintained Airport- I make it 1 week or less.

I will try to flesh out your concept/request, just make sure you give all information I need to make one for example like explaining or give poses sample, expression, background, atmosphere also great.
I can try to design your request, like personification of something (trains, animals, stars, planets, even weather).
