All sales are final after 100% pay. No refunds will be given.
If there is a mistake on your behalf, I cannot give a refund.
If there is a mistake on my behalf, I CAN give a refund up to 75%!
(depending on complexity of mistake!)
After the lineart of your reference is finished, I require pay upfront.
I will only give half refund after reference is half completed.
I will only give full refund during emergencies that require my full attention.
I will fix any mistakes, if there is a mistake during the editing process,
YOU MUST let me know, if you know there is a mistake that I have not fixed
during the editing process, and you accept the art and then complain about
the mistake, I will not give a refund, and you will be permanently
blacklisted.
I do not accept constant complaining, unless there is an honest mistake.
I cannot continously fix a mistake. I get aggrevated easily, so you MUST
give me references to complete lineart if there is no premade that you
like better.Constant complaining will result in temporary blacklist.
I cannot stand it.
You CANNOT sell a finished piece for more than you bought it for.
(Unless it contains more art with that character.) If I find out
that you have sold a piece that you have bought from me, for more
than you bought it for. You will be permanently blacklisted.
My turn around times vary. I have an ever changing lifestyle as well
as a full time job. Your piece could be completed anywhere from a day,
to a month or so. So if you do not like this, do not commission me.
I cannot help what life has in store for me.
If you do require your art in a certain period of time, please let me
know before I start.
If you need a same day commission, it will be +$15 upfront pay.
I accept art as payment, I accept characters as payment.
Only if I like your art and/or characters.
I take money payments via Paypal only.
I accept dA points for certain commissions. They will be converted,
that way you will not pay too much or too little due to dA's point
system!
I ALWAYS KEEP PSD in case of resell of OC's that require a name change,
or a slight design change due to resell. Please contact me to make these
changes!
(e.x: eye colors, hair, minor designs.)
