I (The artist) will be in sole ownership of all work rendered by me. I retain the rights to use anything I create in my example galleries or submit them on my various art platforms at will with appropriate links to the owner of the characters or content but will desist if requested. The characters and content will be the sole property of the client (The commissioner) unless otherwise sold, traded, or gifted. No notification is necessary for these exchanges.
This means the client may, without reservation, repost, modify, recolor, edit, or otherwise change original works at will, as well as repost said work or works on any platform for any reason.
They may not remove or obscure my signature, and it is my request that they post sources to my body of work when reposting, but it is not required.
All pieces created for the purpose of public sales and not personal use (Such as mascots, adoptable bases, and other such sundry) Must be communicated to be as such prior to payment and operate on a different but similar set of rules.
