TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENT
All Payment is in USD.
Please note that I will NOT begin working on your commission until I have been paid in full. Partial payment plans can be negotiated for orders worth $45 or more, however.
Note that all prices listed are just my starting prices, and may go up depending on the complexity of your request, as well as the number of characters involved.
I reserve the right to turn down any requests for any reason. Likewise, I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time (with refund, as mentioned below)
Can't / Won't Draw:
Explicit NSFW (Guro, Porn, Gorn, Fetishes, etc)
Realistic Portraits or Animals
Detailed Mecha or Vehicles
Furries/Anthro
Will Draw:
Original Characters, Fan Characters, Fanart, etc
Cartoony Animals, including Pokemon
Light NSFW (Non-sexual nudity, mild blood/gore)
Most forms of Shipping
Just about anything else, just ask and see!
You May NOT:
Remove my signature(s).
Claim my artwork as your own.
Recolor, trace, or edit my artwork (without my permission).
Make a profit from my artwork in any way, shape, or form.
Do anything with any commissions that you did not order.
You May:
Create prints for personal and non-profit use.
Upload your commission to your own blog/website/etc, so long as my name and a link back to me are clearly provided.
Crop your commission for icons, websites, etc. (Provide credit)
DEADLINES
If you'd like your commission to be done by a specific date, please let me know upon sending the order form, and be sure to send it in at least a week in advance!
The time it takes to complete a commission varies, especially depending on the type of commission and how far back it's placed in my queue, but they will generally take anywhere from a week to a month.
You are free to request a WIP and/or status update on your order at any time!
REFUNDS
If, for any reason, a client decides to cancel their commission order before it has been completed, they will receive any work that has been done so far, and will get a partial refund based upon how much work was completed. The same policy also goes if I, myself, feel I am unable to complete a commission after it has begun.
I do not offer refunds once a commission has been completed. If you are at all dissatisfied with the finished product, please let me know so that we can work something out!
