As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership of my work. Art provided must not be altered or cropped to remove signature, claimed at the clients own art, licensed or sold in either print or digital media.

~Payment

Prices given are in US dollars
Payment accepted via a PayPal invoice
50% Payment due prior to work starting*
Full resolution image available upon full payment**

• installments can be negotiated.
  **Upon cancellation or renegotiation due to changes, the 50% deposit is no longer refundable once an end stage has been reached.

~Modifications

Small modifications available for all images throughout working.
(ex: "forgot a scar/tattoo" "longer hair" "give them a grin")
Larger products are given several stages of client approval before continuing. ONCE STAGE IS PASSED NO GOING BACK. Any large modifications made past the stages will be subject to renegotiation of price.
(ex: Illustration composition, once signed off will not be modified without price negotiation)

I try to practice Good-Faith, but some protections need to be put in place.

~Cancellation

Cancelling prior to getting to clients piece in queue will result in complete refund.
Cancelling after first initial sketch will result in complete refund.
Cancelling after major/multiple large changes will result in 50% down payment being non refundable.

Each piece can always be placed on hold at client discretion. I would happily pick up a piece and set it down whenever a client needed to hold off.

~Will I/Won't I draw?

I reserve the right to make pieces based on my own discretion, and reserve the right to deny/refuse for any reason.
