[b]You as the commissioner:[/b]
-Works are not for commercial use unless an otherwise agreement has been discussed and reached between us.
-May upload work done for you anywhere with due credit to me.
-May edit my work without permission for any non-commercial purposes.
-Please provide me with all the information of a commission as soon as it starts. That saves time for everyone.
-There will be a signature on each piece, while you can edit a work as you wish, do not remove the signature
[b]Me as the artist:[/b]
-I retain the right to display any commissioned artwork online as advertisement, but you will be credited as the commissioner.
-I retain the right to distribute, reproduce and copy as I see fit for self promotion. I do not have the right to resell the image.
[b]Working process:[/b]
-Preferred image reference of your character, if not available, a detailed description [i]PLUS[/i] image refs (google, pinterest, etc) will be required, we can talk throughout just in case I have some questions.
-I will contact you and keep a running dialogue throughout the sketch portion and colour portion of a commission, in order to best suit your expectations; after that, it is an agreed upon piece and I will complete on my own.
-I do a lot of streaming, I offer streaming services for live feedback and your chance to watch the process (and give me feedback as you see it happen). If you rather it be private, I will gladly not stream.
-Additional characters within a single commission will be 75% the original price. (i.e. a waist up flat colour = 63$, plus a second character = 47.25$, total price of a commission with 2 characters in it = 110.25$)
[b]Payments:[/b]
-Due to past experiences, I require full payment up front; This is not that I do not trust you, but it is for my safety. You will ALWAYS get your commission, I will never scam you out of it. Even if it takes me a little while to complete the commission, it will ALWAYS be finished.
-Payment should be sent within 1st day of agreement on a commission but if you need more time just tell me and I can wait. I am flexible so don't feel afraid to ask for something.
-I do not usually give refunds, please think carefully before requesting the process and making your payment
-I do not begin commission until payment is confirmed
It seems like a lot but I promise, I will do everything in my power to make this purchase a smooth one. I can't wait to paint your ideas!
