This is mainly intended as a design slot, for when you want to get an idea down on paper (well, figuratively, since it's digital). But if you want a drawing of an existing character, I can do that too.
I'll make a fairly rough sketch of the character with fairly simple coloring. After making an initial sketch, I'll check with the client for feedback and possible alterations. I can agree to make some changes to the finished drawing, but generally speaking, what you get is what you get.
The base price is for one character, the cost for additional content varies depending on the content.
As always, a clear and elaborate description of your idea, including reference images if possible, will lead to better accuracy and faster results.

Not only is this artist attentive and quick with the art but the pieces are truly brought to life if you give them room for creative licence. This is the first commission I have ever received and I could not recommend LostSeraph more.
