All art must abide by the laws of the countries of both artist and client.
In addition, the artist will not take commissions including (but not limited to):
Child pornography
Hate speech or depictions of hate crimes
Cruelty towards animals
The client must voice any concerns about content, style, or details during the draft period. During the draft period, the art can be changed to any degree, any number of times, until the client is satisfied with the layout. Once the layout has been agreed upon, no further changes will be considered, save tonal (i.e. color) corrections.
Unless specifically agreed upon in advance, the artist reserves the right to sell prints of all completed work. Artwork that the artist will not be able to sell prints of will carry an additional sole usage fee. Regardless, any commission may be used in the artist's portfolio or in advertisements for the artist's services.
Artwork must not be modified to remove the artist's signature.
