HEADSHOT SKETCH

Hello! This is a general guideline of how I handle my commissions. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know and we can work something out or find a satisfactory solution that works for the both of us!

1. Wait Time

• Note that I do have a general time frame that I can finish a commission (Normally 2-3 weeks), but things may delay as I am a Full-Time Student at a University as well as a Part-Time worker. I always let my commissioners know whether or not I have started, can finish, and so forth.
  Have any concerns? Please let me know!! I'll be more than welcome to send any Work In Progress shots, but I cannot give you any information if you do not let me know!

2. Payment

• Payments are to be sent through Paypal. I would NEVER request payment upfront until I have finished the artwork at a certain stage. (General sketch commissions will have an invoice sent when finished along with a Watermarked Version. Anything colored will have an invoice sent at the Lineart/base coloring stage with a Watermark. Only when I receive the payment will I finish the drawing and hand you the Unwatermarked version).

3. Refunds

• Refunds are generally not accepted when I have FINISHED the artwork or if I have started on it. This is to mostly avoid wasting my time on an artwork that may be cancel midway.
  The only time I accept refunds is when I have not started on your commission OR I have decided to cancel the commission myself (In which, I'll return the money on my own accord along with an explanation).

4. Contract

• Before I begin your commission, I'll have you sign my own premade Contract about you agreeing to my terms (As well as signing it) so that a sudden chargeback without reason will not happen as well as myself running off with any money.
  This will be sent once we establish a comfortable contact information exchange.
  You must be generally okay with handing out your email, Skype, etc. (Whatever your preference is) to me so that I may contact you. I'll do the same as well and I can be contacted anytime throughout the day. I will ALWAYS respond the same day since I always check my Skype, emails, and so forth.

5. My Rights as an Artist

• Please understand that I do have the right to deny orders that I cannot do.
• Please do not reupload/edit/claim/trace/resell/etc. any of my art and commissions.
• If you use my art, please credit me.
• I will NOT do any fan art of actual Anime/Manga characters (Ex: Naruto and Bleach).
• Everything ordered MUST be noncommercial.
