Term of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
   Remote Studio Design provides design services. By purchasing any services from Remote Studio Design, you agree to the Terms of Service (“TOS”).

2. Payment
   Displayed base prices on the Price List are subject to change according to the complexity of each individual project.

3. Schedule
   We will provide you with an estimated time of completion, depending on the complexity of the design and our work load. To make sure your project stays on schedule, you must check your message frequently.

4. Revisions
   You are allowed up to two (2) minor revisions for a design free of charge. Additional revision(s) will require extra work and time; changes on the original agreed upon design will incur in additional costs.

5. Products
   For digital services, no physical goods will be sent and shipping is not required. Services that include printing will require us to use third-party printing and postal services to get you professional quality printing. We will not be liable to you or any third party for damages of physical items.

6. Refunds
   Due to the nature of the design process, we will not issue any refunds for any reason.

7. Usage Policy
   By using our service, you agree that all designs should not be used for any other purpose than what was originally agreed upon (be it personal or commercial use); written approval is needed for any other usage.

8. Copyright
   We reserve the right to display all work in our portfolio and for other promotional purposes. Un-watermarked artwork and/or image rights can be negotiated for an added fee.
