TERMS OF SERVICE USAGE
• NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY.
• CANNOT advertise people, businesses, or products.
• MUST NOT be mass-produced, used for profit or to advertise people, businesses, or products.
• All Commissions will be signed and dated (no exceptions).
• The artist has the right to decline a commission.
• The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, and inability to communicate in effective English.
• The artist reserve the right to use the final commission and process work leading up to the final commission in my portfolio, social media sites (i.e. Tumblr, Instagram, Blogs, Artstation, etc), websites, galleries, books, etc.
• Discussion of commissions will only be private between the artist and client through the given email (hachiimart@gmail.com) Although I can keep updates with the client through direct messaging
• Giving full references to the artist is highly encourage, such as if the client desires a specific palette or expression (unless if the type of commission has a specific set of style or color). Failure of giving clear direction is not the artist's fault.
• If the artist is unable to draw the desired preference the artist will inform you on before he starts to sort out options with the client.
• Payments are received through paypal
• Please pay only after I confirm your commission.
• With all respect it would be nice to communicate time to time with the artist on the on going commission but please do not rush the artist. Composition takes time! Thank you!
Artists&Clients
