By choosing to commission me, it means that you have done and will comply with the following:
That my Terms of Service are subject to change at any given time.
That you have read everything written here (as well as my commission info journal) before ordering.
That by commissioning me you have understood and agreed with everything in my RLC info.
Copyright and Permissions
- I have full rights to claim that commissioned art is done by me.
- All artwork will not be allowed to be resold or used for commercial purposes, made into products to be sold, etc.
- My artwork is for personal non-profit use only, not commercial.
- Re-posting, editing, tracing, claiming the artwork as your own work, or using my artwork as a base is not allowed.
- Please credit me for the artwork back to my dA name if you plan on using it on any other social media site. (i.e. _ by minty-san1994@ dA or _ @ minty-san1994.deviantart.com.)
- Please do not remove my signature on the piece(s) under any circumstances.
Note: I will not sell the commissions as products such as merchandise for the sake of profit, as I will respect the fact that you have claim over your character/intellectual property.

Please keep in mind that:
- I reserve the full right to accept or decline orders as I see fit. If I decline, it means that either:
I am for sure that I cannot do your request justice OR
The offered payment is too low for the work I will be putting into the art OR
I am simply not comfortable with drawing whatever that has been requested.
I am sorry in advance if I turn you down. Please don't take offense if you get rejected.
- I now send invoices to clients. It protects both the customer and the artist from any possible scams and ensures that the money will be paid.
- Make sure that the Paypal account you are using is your own! That way neither of us will risk the consequences in case a random cancellation on your co-owner's behalf occurs.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Deadlines:
Cancellation and refund percentages are shown as followed:
Not yet started: 100% refund
Sketch complete: 70% of payment refunded + sketch
Line art complete: 50% of payment refunded + line art
Flat color complete: 30% of payment refunded + flat colored piece
Completed drawing: No refunds allowed.
- Chances are, I will be able to finish commissions in a timely manner. Please give me up to about a month for a batch of orders, but in the instance that I cannot finish in that time constraint I will cancel your commission and refund your money. And if anything in real life does come up I will inform you about it.
- I work well with deadlines as long as it's reasonable enough for the workload. Also, please do not rush me.
- Failure to comply with my policies will result in a cancellation of the commission and/or refusal of service.
WIPS:
- Unless the client wishes to watch me stream the commission, I will be providing work-in-progress screen caps if it has been requested in the order form. It will ONLY be during the WIP stages that you are allowed to request any changes (or in the case of a live stream, you can ask me to make any changes directly, if it is necessary.) If I have already finished your piece, you cannot ask for any more big adjustments. (Color changes are easy fixes so those are acceptable; entire pose changes are not). It is your job to make sure if the details in the drawing are accurate.
- I will be providing clients with a default of 2 WIPs each; 1 for the sketch, and 1 for the base colors. If you happen to want more than the default 2 WIPs, I will be charging you $5.00 extra for it.
- If I happen to be streaming commissions, my platform will be on the website Picarto.tv. (There will be journal updates for those here.) It will be your job to join said stream and let me know in the stream's chat if any changes are needed. (Note: You do not have have to have a registered account to be able to log into Picarto. Live stream chats allow users to go by a guest user, using a username of their choice.)
Publicity, blacklisting, and Miscellaneous:
- Please allow me at the very least to post commissioned art on DA. If you are unsure or unwilling to let me post art on other social media sites, please let me know ahead of time. An additional $100.00 CAD fee will be added if I am not allowed to post the commission on my social media sites.
- Please be civil and speak to me with some level of maturity. If any client gives me trouble for any reason they will blacklisted and not be allowed to commission me again in the future.
