By commissioning me, you acknowledge, accept to be bound by, and comply with these Terms of Agreement. These terms apply to all who commission me and make use of my services.
Commission Restrictions
Please be aware that I have the right to decline any commission and that there are limits to what I can and cannot draw.
I will draw original characters, fanart, MLM, and WLW.
I will not draw NSFW material, fetish art, animals, mechas, and furries.
Anything else is subject to my discretion, and so please ask if I will be willing to draw it.

Pricing
All prices listed are base prices, which are subject to change depending on size, complexity, additional characters and details. For example, if your character has many stripes/spots/markings or wings/extra appendages, the commission will cost more. If your character is simpler in design, the commission will cost less, but not lesser than the base price listed.
All prices are listed in USD (American Dollars).
Commission Process
The client will provide the necessary information needed to complete the artwork, whether it be through visual images or written text. An estimated price will be given. Once the commission has been settled upon and the client agrees, I will start on a rough sketch, then provide this to the client. Upon approval of the sketch, no major changes may be requested by the client, and the payment process begins, which will be discussed down below. I will then finish up the commission upon notice of the payment. The entire process depends on the type of commission.
After the commission has been completed and mutually agreed upon, the client will receive a full resolution file - their choice whether PNG or JPEG.
Payment Process
For commissions above the price of 30 USD, I request half of the total payment upfront before I start working on the commission, and the other half after I finish it. For commissions below 30 USD, total payment must be made before I start on it.
After the sketch has been given to the client and the client has approved of it, if the client requests major changes, additional fees will be applied, subject to the nature of the changes requested. I will only start working on the changes requested after the payment for the changes has been made.
Refunds are not accepted after the invoice payment process. Please contact me if there is a problem or issue you would like solved before paying.
Copyright
I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise, unless the characters featured in the artwork is owned by the client. In that case, permission will be asked for from the client and must be granted by the client before use. I also retain the right to use the image in my portfolio, personal website or gallery, or any other community forums.
The client retains all rights to their respective original characters, and you are free to use the final product as you wish. However, you must credit me as the artist, and you cannot reprint or resell the artwork in any form.
