All services are begun at the time of payment processing (I give the benefit of the doubt that the transaction will complete until otherwise apparent). All commissions are subject to up to three alterations with no additional cost and must be stated in writing. All alterations must be submitted in detailed writing, illustration (feel free to red line my work and send it back) or from example of previous commissioned work or other image. All additional work after three alterations is subject to an hourly rate of $15.00 per hour pre-arranged and negotiated before work is begun
