I. GENERAL TERMS
Provide character references, if needed. If you have no references on hand, PLEASE be sure to be clear in your order what you want me to do.
If your request contains NSFW content, please let me know in detail what you want; I have the right to decline if I am uncomfortable with the content.
II. PAYMENT
All commissions must all be paid IN FULL up front. As soon as I receive payment, I will immediately start on your piece.
III. PROCESS
Works In Progress will only be given if the commissioner asks for them.
The time for your commission to be completed can vary, depending on factors such as: Health issues, complexity, work, school or any other emergencies.
If any of the factors stated above occur, you will be notified ASAP.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything in my power to make my customers happy, including color changes, adding or removing filters/textures/effects. Larger fixes that require me to redraw it completely require an additional 50% fee of the finished commission.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
Unless stated otherwise, I, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork.
This means I am allowed to promote the artwork on social media websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Behance, etc., as well as portfolios.
The commissioners are allowed to:
Use the artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (unless the commissioner clearly states to me, the artist, that they’d like to use the art for commercial use)
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork
Removing any watermarks/signatures
Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent
