You , the commissioner, may:
-edit the picture however you like, but give credit for the base to me.
-If you upload it anywhere, you must give credit for the artwork.
-you may resell it, but no more then what you have paid for and if you do resell it, give credit to me.
You may not
-use for commercial use unless I give you permission.
examples includes using it for merchandise, prints, buttons, stickers, etc.
- May not claim as your own artwork.
I, as the artist:
- Have the right to display any commission on my websites to use as advertisement. However I will always place your(commissioner) name as credit of who bought it.
Process:
-I will keep you updated with each step. Sketch, line art, base colors and any add ons until finished.
-At the sketch stage you MUST tell me of any changes that you want made. After the line art is done, i cannot make any changes, unless it is with color.
-I will try to get your commission done as soon as possible.
Traditional:
- Please notify me if you would like it sent to your address. At the current moment I will only be sending them through the united states. Not hawaii and Alaska. Mainly because the shipping prices are high.
I have the right to refuse any commission. if I believe the commission will take more then a week, I will notify you.
Payment:
- I am lenient and will accept payment plans. Half of the commission can be paid before the sketch. The rest will may be payed at the colors or end of the process to receive the commission.
- Once I accept your commission, you have 3 days to pay for the commission to start. If you have any troubles with payment, please notify me.
- I will only do PARTIAL refunds, half of what you payed. I will not do refunds once completed. If your having trouble receiving the commission, notify me asap.
Pricing:
- All prices are negotiable. Never lower then the base price.
- I have the right to change the prices depending on how complex the piece may be. I will let you know during the negotiations if i feel that it will be complicated.
- You may not use any of piece for commercial use, unless I give you permission.
-if i have to design any piece, such as clothing or the character itself, there will be an extra charge.
