1.Payment Terms

○ Full payment is required upfront and held in escrow
○ The listed prices are base rates. Final cost may decrease or increase depending on the complexity of the design, background, number of characters or specific requested details. I will confirm the total price after reviewing your request and before starting the commission.
○ Additional charges apply for: complex background, detailed clothing, full body, extra characters, additional revisions, shorter delivery time (explained at: 4.Deadlines and Delays)
○ No refunds once work has begun unless I am unable to complete the commission

2.Content

○ Will do: fanarts, OCs, character designs, minimal/mid backgrounds, short comics, chibis, mild NSFW, moderate gore
○ Will NOT do: NSFW, furries, very complex backgrounds, complex machinery, horror

NOTE: animal characters, human characters with animal traits or some animal characters with human traits are NOT furries and I will accept these

3.Process and Communication

○ For every artwork I will provide a sketch for approval before proceeding to color
○ 1 free revision during the sketch phase
○ Additional revision cost: 7$/1 revision
○ Revisions are available only until the lineart is done
○ Once I start coloring, changes are NOT available

4.Deadlines and Delays

○ Standard delivery is 7 days
○ Rush fees apply ONLY if you request faster delivery than usual. No extra charges if I finish ahead of schedule on my own
○ Any unexpected delays will be announced 1 day before deadline AT WORST
○ If the deadline coincides with a "Vacation" period, I will try to finish the commission before the break is due with NO EXTRA CHARGES
○ If I cannot complete your commission within 20 days, you may request a full refund

5.Usage and Rights

○ The artwork is for personal use only. Do not use it for profit, NFTs or AI training
○ I retain the rights to post the artwork in my portofolio and social media unless otherwise agreed
○ Commercial use (merch, books, etc.) requires extra fee
