STYLIZED CHIBI ART (FULLY COLORED)

An adorable, stylizied chibi art of anything (sfw) that you can think of!

Features:

• The default size of the canvas I will be using is A4 size at 300 dpi resolution. (That's at 2480 x 3508 pixels), but feel free to request a custom preset and I'll adjust accordingly.

• The commission will have a clean, line-less, and a somewhat digital-painterly style

• Your Chibis will be on a transparent background, making it easy to place them anywhere you'd like!

•Optional (free) mono-chromatic background may also be placed for that extra pop! :)

Pricing:

•The starting price is $35.3 (accounting for the 15% cut that the site will be taking from the overall fee).

•For commissions with more than one character, or characters with too much details there will be additional (but discounted) fees:

Additional Characters: $30

Details: $10+

Additional Draft Revisions: $5

Based on all that, I will be sending you a breakdown of the overall price for the commission. It will include the prices for any additional characters, complex details and additional revisions made (on top of the three free ones at the start).

*Depending on the session, I may charge a service fee. If multiple edits were requested but no final product was settled by the client, there will be a minimum fee of $10 charged. (For more information, feel free to contact me!)

How It Works:

Pre-Production:
Client makes the request, providing the necessary descriptions and references.

•During this stage, the client is allowed three (3) free rough sketches to decide upon before we move on to production.

•We will be communication through the site's messaging system, through which I will ask for clarifications and provide the aforementioned sketches for approval.

•Once the rough is approved, the client is allowed a maximum of three major (3) revisions, and any additional revisions will be charged accordingly.

•Therefore it would be the best for both parties if the client is able to provide as much details and references during as possible during the making of the rough drafts.

Production:
Once everything is agreed upon (pricing and approval of drafts), the client can now confirm payment for the commission (marking it as paid) and the work begins.

*Estimated turnaround will be three (3) days maximum, unless specified otherwise

Final Product:

•Once finished, the final artwork will be uploaded with a watermark

• Minor revisions are still doable even at this stage of production

• Once payment is received, (that is, once client marks the slot as "completed") the final artwork will then be re-uploaded without watermark.

* About Revisions: *

Major revisions include, but are not limited to changes made in the following: pose, overall palette, clothes/armour, detailed accessories

Minor revisions include: hair style, expression, small accessories, minor color changes (making a color darker/lighter, changing the color of a small part of the character, i.e. hair, eyes)

Afterword:

Please provide with as much details as possible during the initial phases! I will accept up to three (3) revision requests during the initial planning phases and will charge extra for additional edit requests! For client satisfaction, providing ample amount of details and reference photos will lead to better results!

I will mention early on if your commission is possible according to my skill set. (To protect you from unnecessary rough draft back and forth and possible additional charges)
