All prices are in USD as per site.

I, as the artist, have the right to use any work created by myself in any way, shape or form. This includes, but is not limited to, use as a portfolio piece, display image, wallpaper, etc.

The works that are created by myself are Copyright to myself and the client. And are to be used with myself and the client's discretion.

The only rights I, as the artist, will not execute is the following.

.Claiming the client's character as my own, though they may be a subject in the work
.Claiming an official character as my own, though they may be a subject in the work (e.g. Pikachu, Natsu)
.Claiming a character design that another has made or given as reference, though they may be a subject in the work. However this is void if the design is created by myself, the artist, whom will only claim the design and not the characters involved. (e.g. designing a Pokemon as a Zoid)
.Claiming any reference works provided by the client as my own

I, as the artist, will not be responsible if the client does not like the work as the client accepted a commission from myself in the first place.

If the client decides they do not like the work which has been completed and has not paid for the work all rights for the work are claimed by myself, as the artist, and not the client. The client has no claim, in any way, shape or form, to any work if they do not pay for the work. This includes examples and completed works.

I, as the artist, take no responsibility for the use of the artwork by the client. Except where I, as the artist, exercise Copyright Laws as the creator and any other rights I have specified in these Terms of Service.

All artworks produced are final with no revisions. If the client wants, for example, a sketch turned into a full colour artwork they will have to take out a separate slot.
