I work on art and animations from Monday through Friday and sometimes Saturday or Sunday between 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.

There are times I might or might not be available due to life situations and my full time job. So, please, be patient if I don't respond to your forms or not able to work on your commission.

Terms Of Service:

• You must be 18 years old and older to purchase from me.
• You are allowed to send up to 2 forms for this commission opening.
• When notified, you must pay in full within 24 hours or you will be skipped and placed in the back of the client waiting behind you.
• I use Paypal in USD only! Convert to exact amount if not using USD! Do not add more if Paypal fees occur.
• I will work on your drawing when I confirm the transaction was made successfully.
• Your commission's progress will be recorded in percentages (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). You are allowed to make any changes before 75% of progress is reached.
• My time limit to work on an art commission for no more than 3 days (or 72 hours) and an animation commission for 4 days (or 96 hours). These days and hours will be recorded only when I'm working on a drawing, not including breaks or times I'm off/not available.
• Time limit will not be extended! It is enough to account for the completion of a commission, the client's response time, and the client's decision-making of their commission.

• After completing your commission, I will send it to you digitally only. To see what you'll recieve, look under each commission in the list.
• You are not allowed to use your completed commission commercially without my consent, distribute it, or sell/copyright it under your name. If you post it on your account, make sure to credit me for the work!
• I reserve the right to use your commission for commercial advertising or other purposes, but I will make sure to credit you for your original characters, ideas, etc.
• If I am unable to complete a commission's progress starting at 75% before the time limit, I will ensure that 50% of your pay is refunded back and I will still complete the commission for you.
• If you wish to cancel a commission order, you must do it before 50% of a commission's progress is reached. I will stop the progress then refund you 75% of your pay.
• If you cancel a commission order after 50% of a commission's progress is reached, I will stop the progress then refund you 25% of your pay.
• Unfortunately, if you decide to cancel your commission under any point of its progress, you will not be allowed to keep anything I've created.
