- By commissioning me, you are accepting all the terms stated below. I hold all commissioners responsible for reading and accepting before attempting to commission me. If any of the terms stated below confuse you, message me and we can discuss it.
Partial payments are only available for orders above $50. I hold these customers accountable for keeping track of payment intervals. I still keep track, but if the customer cannot show this responsibility, I will cancel the commission and refund any and all payments made.
I reserve the right to my own artwork. Commissions are for personal, non-profit use only. This means you are not allowed to redistribute your commission for profit in any way. This does not count posting them on social media; however, if/when you do, credit must be given to me for the artwork.
Credit will always be given for original characters and content - not the artwork. However, if you want to keep your name or commission anonymous, please let me know. The customer is responsible for asking. I will always accept.
I reserve the right to decline a commission without providing a reason. However, this very rarely happens.
I reserve the right to cancel a transaction and/or commission if the client is abusive or uncooperative. If the commission has already been paid for, I will provide a full refund.
I reserve the right to decline any and all requests to change my art style on behalf of the commissioner's comfort; meaning I will not change the way I draw for you to have a certain style.
Once a commission has been paid for, I will only send you progress photos if you ask for them.
You may not edit, alter, or crop my works. You may not remove any signatures or watermarks.
I reserve the right to ignore any questions about how close I am to finishing a commission, only if you haven't asked for a progress sketch. My progress is usually shown on my deviantart page under "Art Status"
In order to commission me, you must be willing to accept that it may take me up to a month to do your commission, depending on how large it is and how many commissions I have before you.
If you have questions regarding what I will and will not draw, keep in mind, COPYRIGHT. Also, that not all artists have the ability to draw anything and everything, nor are they comfortable with it.
