You As the Commissioner:
You may upload work done for you anywhere as long as you credit to me and a link back to my deviantART/tumblr/A&C profile etc.
You may cancel your commission at any time and a partial refund for work not done will be given to you. The refund amount will be decided by me. If I have not yet started the commission you will receive full refund.
You may edit my work without permission as long as you still give me credit for the drawing.
You may not reproduce the image on merchandise/products, etc. for the purpose of selling it. However merchandise/products created for personal use is allowed.
Me As the Artist:
I have copyright over all of my work, even if the characters in the image are not mine. I have the right to distribute, reproduce and copy for sales or self promotion, unless requested to be private by the commissioner.
I have the right to cancel at any time, providing an explanation to you as to why I have canceled. A full refund will be given of course.
I reserve the right to change my prices and charge extra for complicated characters. I will let the commissioner know what I consider "complicated."
Payment is due in full up front for any orders equal to or below $30.
The commission is not accepted until at least partial payment has been sent. The commission may be dropped if the commissioner fails to respond within 72 hours. However, If you need more time, please let me know!
Larger commissions will have a sketch approval stage. I will not begin doing the lineart or coloring until the sketch is approved.
