Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below:
General
- All artworks are digital only – no physical items will be shipped.
- I reserve the right to decline any requests that make me uncomfortable.
Payment
- I will only start the artwork after at least 50% of the payment is received.
- The final artwork will be delivered after full payment is completed.
- Payment must be made through Artists & Clients only.
- No refunds after the final piece is delivered.
Process
- I will send work-in-progress (WIP) updates during the sketch and coloring phases.
- Up to 3 revisions are included (during the sketch and coloring phases).
- Extra revisions may incur additional costs.
Delivery Time
- Delivery time is 2 to 3 days, depending on complexity and my current queue.
- Rush orders can be discussed (may cost extra).
Usage
- Personal use is allowed (avatars, wallpapers, etc.)
- Commercial use is allowed only if discussed and approved in advance.
- You may only publish the artwork with proper credit to me (e.g., "@suveren.artsoul" or a link to my profile).
- Do not claim the artwork as your own or use it to train AI.
- I may post the artwork on my portfolio or social media (with credit to the client, unless requested otherwise).
