Introduction
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your order.

General Information
I create illustrations ranging from regular style to chibi. The types of work I can do include:
-OCs (Original Characters)
-Couple
-Soft NSFW
-Mild-heavy gore
-Fanart
-Chibi
-Doodles
However, I do not work on the following:
-Mecha
-Armor
-Old People
-Furry

Revisions
I provide up to 2 revisions during the rough sketch stage. If you request revisions or changes to the pose after the sketch has been colored, additional fees may apply depending on the complexity. If you do not want this to happen, please take the time to discuss it at the beginning of the project. I will provide regular updates on the progress of the artwork.

Deadlines and Delivery
The estimated delivery time is 1 week, depending on the complexity of the project and my current schedule. All artwork will be delivered digitally in high-resolution PNG or JPEG format.

Use and Rights
The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. You may use the artwork for personal projects, such as displaying it in your home, sharing it with friends, or using it as a profile picture on social media. However, you may not reproduce, alter, or sell the artwork without my permission. I retain the right to showcase the artwork in my portfolio and on my social media platforms. For commissioned artwork intended for commercial use, I may still retain the right to showcase the artwork in my portfolio and social media, provided that the client consents to this use.

Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the commissioned artwork are owned by me, the creator. You are granted a personal use license, which allows you to display and share the artwork for non-commercial purposes. However, any reproduction, modification, or sale of the artwork requires my prior written consent. I reserve the right to include the artwork in my portfolio and share it on my social media channels. Unauthorized use of the artwork will be addressed appropriately.

Refund Policy
All sales are final, and I do not offer refunds for commissioned artwork once the project has commenced. If you have concerns or issues regarding the artwork, please discuss them with me as soon as possible during the process. I strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will do my best to address any concerns before completion.

Communication
Maintaining clear communication is essential to the success of our collaboration. I encourage you to share any questions, ideas, or concerns you may have during the process. I aim to respond to your messages in a timely manner and will keep you updated regularly on the progress of your commissioned artwork. Your feedback is valuable and will help ensure that the final piece meets your expectations.
