please read the TOS carefully to ensure that there will be no miscommunication in the process of creating the commission. for any questions regarding my terms or the commissions themselves please do not be afraid to ask me!
failure to comply to terms will land you on a blacklist, some will have your comm canceled….
i have every right to decline a commission if i feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects i will not do.
- commissions are for personal use only! you may use any artwork you have commissioned from me for profile pictures, banners, social posting, and reference for other commissions, but may not be used for profit.
- i own all rights to the work. putting my work into any ai engine is prohibited. do not use/edit my art for nfts/any type of cryptocurrency, ai training, or to spread hate.
- by default, i will assume i have permission to upload your artwork to social media or to use as an example piece. if you do not want me to post your commission, please notify me.
- do not have someone else draw over the commissioned piece. (eg; you commissioned me a sketch and then you commission another artist to draw and color over it)
- the watermark will be out of the way of the art piece but it should not be removed and should not be edited out.
- crediting me when you post the commission is appreciated!
