Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are accepting the foillowing Terms of Service.

General Terms:

• I might upload WIPs, watermarked and/or lower resolution versions of the drawing to my social media as advertising.
• I might record the drawing process and post it on my social media.
• In case you don't want me to upload your piece (a private commission) it will incurr in a 30% extra charge.
• I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortale drawing for any reason.
• These commissions are for personal use only.

Payment:

• Please don't send me the funds until I request you to.

Process and Delivery:

• I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund (see the refunds section for more info).
• The time it takes to finish your commission can go from 2 weeks to 4 months, depending on factors such as health, complexity of commissioned piece, other work, etc.
• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, I'll let you know as soon as possible.
• Once the piece is finished, you will recieve the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.

Revisions:

• Free modifications will be made only during sketch phase, at a maximum of 3 times. Please tell me all you want me to modify when I send you the sketches.
• Sketch commissions don't come with a revision phase.
• A fee will be added if you want something changed that you were previously satisfied with.
• If your reference is unclear to begin with, changes will come at a charge.

Copyright / Usage Policy:

• I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer.
• The buyer is allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use (you can upload it wherever you want to, roleplay, print it, etc.).
• The buyer can use the artwork to promote themselves. You don't have to give me credit when you post it.
• Print the artwork and claim the characters as their own, but not the artwork itself.
• The buyer is not allowed to reproduce or use the artwork for commercial purposes, claiming the artwork as produced by them or altering the artwork without my consent.

Refunds / Cancellation Policy:

• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will recieve a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before I started it, you get a full refund.
• If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money myself.
• If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will also decline the chargeback and give PayPal our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
• If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all beformentioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, the artist, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.

This ToS can be modified to comply with Artists n' Clients Terms of Service.
