CUSTOM CHARACTER SHEET

⟡ Commission turnaround times can vary from 1 to 4 weeks at most, from the time I send the sketch. I usually do another commission at a time so please understand if I have no progress after a week of send you the sketches.

⟡ I have the right to decline your commission request if I'm uncomfortable with it.

⟡ The commissioner should provide a visual reference(s) and some infos about your characters if I cant see in references.

⟡ On your request, I will send you a sketch once I finish it, so please tell me of any changes then. Otherwise it would be very difficult for me to change anything drastically later on, and I probably won’t do it.

⟡ After a commission is finished, only minor changes are allowed to be made (ex. eye colour). All serious changes can be made only on the sketch stage.

⟡ All commissions pieces are allowed only for non-commercial, private uses, unless with my explicit given permission. Please discuss with me beforehand if you plan to use my art for commercial purposes.

⟡ You’re free to upload it anywhere you want. I appreciate if you give me a credit (Qhie).

⟡ If you want to cancel the commission before I send you the sketch because it is taking too long, please let me know first.
