-Term of Services
-While I describe myself as competent enough, English isn’t my first language so please take that in mind. I may ask questions that are a bit silly or I may not understand some phrases the first time; have a bit of patience. Spanish is my native language so if it’s also your native language, please don’t be afraid to speak to me in spanish!
-I only work on commissions on weekdays (from monday to friday). Weekends are off for me, you may still send me messages or questions on weekends, and even start planning on a commission just I will not actively work on it/start drawing it until it’s monday. I include most holidays as regular weekdays with some exceptions.
-I only send the sketch after the job is marked as pay.
-If you want your commission to be done by a particular date or timeframe that’s going to be an extra fee. The fee is going to be %50 of the final commission price (ex. the commission is $20 in total, for a specific deadline to be set is going to be an additional $10).Please if you want this particular service ask for it BEFORE I start on the commission, otherwise I’ll treat the commission as a normal one with no deadline.
-If you want to request the priority fee/service keep in mind that I still need your input to advance on the commission, if you want me to finish a drawing in two weeks but you don't answer or give your input when I send the initial sketch in a week and a half that's probably going to delay the deadline. Stuff happens, of course, but just keep in mind that possibility when requesting that service.
-Changes or fixes are completely allowed as many times as needed in the sketching phase*, after that only minor fixes are allowed (changing colors, moving a character position on the canvas, etc.). If you want me to fix something on the other phases then an extra will be charged (how much would depend on how much you want me to change the drawing).
*This DOES NOT include new extra elements that you may want to add to the composition (ex. if we are on the sketching phase and you want me to make the arms of the character bigger that would be a free revision/change; if you want me to draw them now laying on a bed instead of there being no background like originally planned then that’s a change with an extra fee, doesn’t matter if it’s the sketching phase or not)
-The extra fee for extra characters is when they are on the same composition/drawing, not for two different drawings (ex. you want one sketch drawing with two characters, that’s going to be $12 in total since the second character is counted with the extra character price; now if you want two different sketch drawings the total is going to be $20, since the drawings are different compositions).
-The extra fee for extra characters is valid for a max amount of eight characters per drawing/composition. After that amount any additional character is charged full (ex. a complex styled commission with 8 characters, one character is charged the base price, 7 of the characters are charged $5; vs a complex styled commission with 10 characters, one character is charged the base price, 7 of the characters are charged $5 while the other two remaining are also charged the base price each).
-Tips are always welcome! and if you want to pay more than the standard commission price for the slot you want, that's also welcome :).
-You can reupload the commission, but please credit me by either linking my art Tumblr or instagram.
-If you want the commission to be anonymous, that’s fine, but please, state it before or during the commission process and not after.
-I don't do specific artstyles (like "anime" style or like "gravity falls" style, etc.). What you see on my profile and on my drive folder is the style of illustration I offer so please take that in mind, I may still try it depending of the style in question but its not a 100% guarantee.
-Please if you are not open to at least giving me feedback for the initial or first sketch before canceling the commission or deciding to not work with me, I’ll prefer that you don’t bother asking me for a commission in the first place. I already had a couple of people contacting me for a commission, setting what they wanted, paying for the commission, and after I only do one initial rough sketch they cancel on me without even giving me an explanation; at least give me another chance to redo the sketch to see if it’s align better with what you want or at least let me know what is not working with you and after that if you still want to cancel/not work with me anymore that’s completely fine! If you aren’t willing to do that please don’t waste both of our time.
-All the prices (from the base prices to extra fees) will depend on what style of commission you want from the ones I offer, so please be explicit in which style you want before opening a job. You can request on the same job more than one drawing in a different style but please be clear how many drawings and in which style you want each.
What I’m willing to draw:
-People (be it OCs, real people or fanart of a character)
-Animals (be it regular or furries)
-Objects
-Robot/mechas (please send clear references in multiples angles)
-Nsfw* (please see the list below for more specifics)
-Backgrounds (be it complex or more simple)
-Monsters/creatures (like the robot/mecha, if the design is very complex please send multiple reference images!)
Will not draw:
-Explicit gore (blood, injuries are fine)
-Anything that have to do with incest, rape, or that have a racist/xenophobic/homophobic/transphobic, etc. message.
*Specific rules for NSFW commissions:
-Characters including and over 18+ ONLY, I don't do "aged up" versions; if a character has a canonical adult/18+ form then is okay and I will draw THAT form/design. (ex. if you want Luffy from One Piece I'll be willing to draw the design that has a scar on his chest but not the design without the scar since that is when he was 17).
-No incest or rape, on a similar note no mind control or "love" potions/drugs. Aphrodisiacs are okay as long as the scenario/context is consensual.
-Furries and anthro characters are okay as long as they are conscious or consenting, similar thing to undead or monster character; interspecies pairings are also okay (anthro character+human, monster+human, alien+human, etc.) just not anything with straight up animals or corpses.
-No scat, piss, vomit or farts; but for example if you want a character just sitting on the toilet with their pants down and nothing explicit showing then that's okay with me. Also not vore or inflation.
-Stuff like blood and injuries are okay, but explicit gore is not (showing stuff like an anus gaping, a very open vagina or like an interior womb panel is okay also).
-Don’t mind drawing robots or machines in an NSFW context but if it’s an android or humanoid robot, the character has to look like an adult.
