1. General Terms

Prices are subject to change based on demand.

I have the right to decline your commission request.

1. Payment

Commissions can be paid upront 100% or split 50% upront and 50% after sketch approval.

Don’t send me any payment before I agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

Payment Method for now will be

Outside of Indonesia : PAYPAL, Ko-Fi

Indonesia : Bank Transfer, OVO

1. Process and Delivery

Each commission will take 1-2 week depending on the complexity, details, and other unpresedented reasons.

After the artwork is done, you will receive full-resolution image along with smaller for website-size with email.

1. Revisions

You will get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned artwork included.

A fee will be added if you want something to change in the final drawing (unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made)

If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on how much the changes to the overall artwork.

1. Copyright and Usage

   a. I as the artist :

I am accepting commission work as long as there’s a slot available. The rest will be put on queue and will be contacted later. If there’s no reply after 7 days, your name will be put to aside and I will proceed to contact the next one. If there’s still no reply after another 14 days , your name will be no longer on the queue list.

I am able to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

I still have all copyrights over the commissioned artwork

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork

I have the right to post it online and use it on my portfolio and other publications (Art books for example). I’ll upload my art on my social media (Pixiv, Instagram, Facebook, etc) with lower quality. If you don’t want me to post It for some reason, message me.

b. You as the commissioner :

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media channels.

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, prints, etc) unless it is already stated previously it is for COMMERCIAL purposes.

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (artist’s) consent.

You retain the rights to the Intellectual Property (IP)

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes UNLESS stated at the beginning (Before I agreed and requested for payment)

c. Copyright Infringement example :

Reproducing/using the artwork commercially (making profit off of it) UNLESS stated at the beginning.

Claiming the artwork as your own.

Altering the artwork without my (artist’s) consent.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

There will be no refund but you can cancel your commission any time before or when I am working on the sketch.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

1. What will you get ?

Drafts/Moclups that you must decide which one I should continue with (dependingon the complexity of the commission there might be fewer of more drafts)

Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work

Insight and Involvement in color plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned price)

Full-resolution file of the final drawing (A4 size with 350 DPI) and a smaller version for Internet upload (Unless requested otherwise, if bigger may include extra charge). Final file formats are usually PNG (Unless requested otherwise).

Other than previously stated, there will be extra charges.
