GENERAL
This commission is for personal use only. I do not accept commissions intended for commercial use, distribution, or profit. When requesting a commission, please provide character details and a description or reference picture. Avoid vague requests like, "Hey, can you do this?"
PAYMENTS
Full payment is required upfront after you've approved the commission draft/sketch. If payment is not received after approval, work on the commission will be paused until payment is made. Please note that no refunds will be provided.
REVISIONS
During the sketching and base-coloring phase, I allow up to three revisions.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
From my experience, completion time varies. It can take around a week or less if my schedule isn't too packed, depending on the artwork's complexity. However, for more intricate pieces or when I have a busy schedule, it might take a month or more. Simpler artworks can be completed in 1-2 days.
USE
Clients are free to use the commission piece as an icon, header, background, etc., as long as it's for personal use. Please note that the commissioned pieces cannot be used for commercial or distributional purposes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I'll upload the commissioned piece in my gallery or art account for portfolio purposes. However, I'll use a lower resolution and add a watermark. If you prefer not to have it uploaded publicly, please let me know. It's important to understand that clients do not acquire copyright for the commissioned artwork, particularly for commercial purposes.
REFUNDS
I offer refunds in two cases: if I haven't completed or delivered the commission within six months/deadlines, or if I'm unable to fulfill the commission due to unforeseen circumstances. However, I will not issue a refund once the commission is finished and delivered.
