GENERAL TERMS & SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all the terms of service described here.

• You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me. Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

-You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes. Doing so will get you permanently banned.I have the rights to decline anything that I do not feel comfortable in doing.The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

• if you order some any of my service though Vgen, the payment should be done in Vgen also :)

  PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE

• You can track my progress on my trello Commission's completion for illustration is 4-10 days after the sketch is given. for Vtuber model are depends (could be 7 days to 1 month or more).

• Resolution of the artwork will be given in around A4 size. May be smaller or larger depending on the artwork, you can request a resolution that suits your needs.

• I can respond fast your DMs around 3PM-12AM (GMT +7).Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.

• I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission.

• I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.

REVISIONS
- I'm only give 3 Major revision for every each commision on the sketch phase.Additional major revision will be charged depending on the complexity.

• Minor revisions are allowed as long as they are not excessive.

• Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees and will counted as a major revision.

• Revisions due to my own negligence are free.It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.

PRIVATE COMMISION / PRIVACY REQUEST
- If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

• I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.

• However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.

• This is especially important to consider if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.
