By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all the terms of service described here.
- You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me. Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.
-You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes. Doing so will get you permanently banned.I have the rights to decline anything that I do not feel comfortable in doing.The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.
if you order some any of my service though Vgen, the payment should be done in Vgen also :)
PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE
You can track my progress on my trello Commission's completion for illustration is 4-10 days after the sketch is given. for Vtuber model are depends (could be 7 days to 1 month or more).
Resolution of the artwork will be given in around A4 size. May be smaller or larger depending on the artwork, you can request a resolution that suits your needs.
I can respond fast your DMs around 3PM-12AM (GMT +7).Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.
I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission.
I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.
REVISIONS
- I'm only give 3 Major revision for every each commision on the sketch phase.Additional major revision will be charged depending on the complexity.
Minor revisions are allowed as long as they are not excessive.
Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees and will counted as a major revision.
Revisions due to my own negligence are free.It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.
PRIVATE COMMISION / PRIVACY REQUEST
- If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.
I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.
This is especially important to consider if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.
