Include REFERENCES. If you do not yet have a reference please provide a detailed description of the character (and scene, if any). This ensures that I can accurately capture what you requested.
I reserve the rights to decline a commission if I'm uncomfortable with the subject matter.
My production pipeline is: Sketch > Color Blocking > Rendering
An upfront payment (50%) is required before the sketch phase. The rest of the payment is due before I hand you the final illustration.
I will only refund half of the amount, and only during the sketching process. After the sketch is accepted, there will be no refunds.
2 major revisions on sketch and 2 minor revisions on color blocking phase.
Further revision will cost an addittional fee per revisions made.
I will DM you the progress on each phase.
I retain all rights to the produced illustration.
I'm allowed to use the commission as my portfolio, unless the client specify otherwise.
