1. Include REFERENCES. If you do not yet have a reference please provide a detailed description of the character (and scene, if any). This ensures that I can accurately capture what you requested.

2. I reserve the rights to decline a commission if I'm uncomfortable with the subject matter.

3. My production pipeline is: Sketch > Color Blocking > Rendering

4. An upfront payment (50%) is required before the sketch phase. The rest of the payment is due before I hand you the final illustration.

5. I will only refund half of the amount, and only during the sketching process. After the sketch is accepted, there will be no refunds.

6. 2 major revisions on sketch and 2 minor revisions on color blocking phase.

7. Further revision will cost an addittional fee per revisions made.

8. I will DM you the progress on each phase.

9. I retain all rights to the produced illustration.

10. I'm allowed to use the commission as my portfolio, unless the client specify otherwise.

11. If you post the commission anywhere, kindly link either my Instagram or my Twitter page.

12. For Personal Use ONLY. Do NOT resell / redistribute any art that you commissioned me unless you have Commercial Rights.

13. For Commercial Rights, please discuss with me beforehand.
