Terms of Service for Illustration
Welcome to the Terms of Service for the provision of digital illustration services. By engaging my services, you agree to comply with the following terms:
Service Description:
1.1. The services offered consist of creating custom digital illustrations according to the provided specifications.
1.2. The illustrations will be created and delivered in digital format, which may include image files (such as JPG, PNG, etc.) or other formats agreed upon by both parties.
Intellectual Property:
2.1. You acknowledge that all provided illustrations are original works and protected by copyright.
2.2. You acquire a non-exclusive license for personal and non-commercial use of the digital illustrations, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.3. I retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the digital illustrations, unless a transfer of rights is agreed upon and formalized in writing.
Content Restrictions:
3.1. I commit to not creating digital illustrations of NSFW (Not Safe for Work), gore, or furry content.
3.2. Any request that violates this restriction will be declined.
3.3. You are responsible for providing clear and detailed guidance to ensure that the content of the digital illustrations meets your expectations.
Payment and Delivery:
4.1. The price of the illustrations may vary depending on the complexity of the request and size.
4.2. The base price for my illustrations ranges from $10, $20, or $30, depending on the project requirements agreed upon by both parties.
4.3. Payment must be made according to the terms established in the financial agreement, which may include an initial deposit and/or installments.
4.4. Delivery of the digital illustrations will be made according to the agreed-upon deadline.
4.5. You are responsible for reviewing the delivered digital illustrations and providing feedback within a reasonable timeframe. Additional changes may be subject to extra fees, as agreed upon by both parties.
Cancellation and Refunds:
5.1. You have the right to cancel the project before the start of work, subject to possible cancellation fees.
5.2. In the event of cancellation during the creation process, I will be entitled to compensation proportional to the work already completed.
5.3. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the stage of the project and the resources already employed.
Liability:
6.1. I commit to providing high-quality digital illustration services in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications.
6.2. You are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information to ensure that the digital illustrations meet your needs.
