Payment:
I offer a variety of payment options.
PayPal:
When accepting payment through paypal, I require the entire cost upfront for anything below 60 USD. I send an invoice to the email you provide, and start the commission after receiving the funds. Anything more costly, and we can discuss payment options and work out a contract.
Copyright Information:
All work, unless otherwise agreed upon, is for personal/private use only. Do not take anything I make for you and mass produce it for a profit. I can make commercial products, but understand that this is more expensive and we have to work out a contract.
I reserve rights not of the characters I illustrate, but of the works I make featuring them. All commissioned art is allowed to be re-posted and used for personal use by the commissioner. The commissioner may not sell or redistribute my art without my consent, unless previously negotiated.
Any logo featured is not to be removed at all, and you cannot crop out my link or signature if it’s included in the piece. The only exception to this rule is if you’re using the head for an avatar on a profile, in which case cropping is understandable. I reserve the right to post commissioned work online, in galleries, and in portfolios.
Should you use my work in public forums, such as for roleplay or on a character sheet, I ask for you to link it back to my accounts. It’s nice, and helps me out a lot.
Content of Commissioned Work:
In the case that you are purchasing mature content,you agree that you are 18 years of age or older, or of legal age in your country to purchase and view adult / mature content.
I reserve the right not to accept a commission for any reason.
The Commission Process:
Commissions will generally be done within 1 day to 1 week of payment unless otherwise stated. If you need it on a deadline, it’s imperative that you inform me before making the purchase.
After payment processes, I will begin the sketching phase. At this point I will send you screenshots of potential poses, backgrounds, and color schemes. This is the time that the commissioner, you have the most control of how the piece turns out. Note that any major changes after this point may cost extra, as often they require me to completely start over.
Once a direction is agreed upon, you may hear from me when I finish linework for some minor input, but for the most part I just focus on making the best piece I can for you. I’m fine with an occasional nudge, but if you spam with “are we there yet” it will take me longer to complete the commission.
If I notice disruptive behavior during my commission progress, such as spamming my site pages, rude gestures, or disrespectful comments, I may have no other choice but to cancel your slot. No artwork will be obligated from this. Failure to comply with these rules may have you blacklisted. (Of course, all of this can be avoided if we all treat each other the way we want to be treated. I feel it important to clarify that this scenario is unlikely.)
