Both the duration and the actual price depends on the complexity of the scene, the level of detail required and how much of a hurry you need me to be in.

After I described the general idea of the character and scene, Medea suggested additional details in the sketching phase that I didn't even think of, yet fit perfectly. The sketch phase is thorough, and the next step - finished painting - came quickly.
