A: General Terms:

1. It is the commissioner's responsibility to read the terms of service and make sure that they understand the conditions of purchase, use, and payment. It is not the artist's job to make sure the commissioner read the terms of service, and it is assumed that the commissioner has done so upon purchase.
   The prices are due the high fee of this Website much higher than you would see on other places like Twitter, Tumblr or Discord.

2. If I feel that the client is being abusive, the commission will be cancelled and refunded for any work not completed, and the client may be blacklisted from any future transactions.

3. If you don't have any visual references of your character (so, I'm working with description) I'll ask for additional fee. If you want me to design a character, it'll cost more as well, so we need to discuss it first.

4. I won't change the art at the last stadium more then 3 times, please be sure if you want me to change something you make the list complete.

5. For detailed clothing/armor I'll add an additional fee of 30% which has to be paid via "tip the artist"

6. If you want to cancel a commission and the work is already started I'll refund you a part of the payment, and keep the amount that covers what I've done so far (Lining done: 30%, Color Bases 60%)
   By doing this I have all the rights of the work and can alter and change it however I please.

7. If you file an chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will forbidden to ever commission me, Soundless Room, ever again.
   Your name will be publicly posted, I want to for others to watch out for.
   I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

B: Process (Sprite):

1. I'll show you the sketch where you can tell me changes in the pose. This is up to 2 edits, NOT touching the main pose.
   For example: placement of hands or expression can be altered but not the full pose.

2. The colors where you can tell me what colors have to be changed. (The lines cannot be touched at this point)

3. Expressions will only be shown if especially asked for it. So be sure to tell me the exact picture you have in mind when you tell me the expressions.

4. In the price included are 4 different Emotions

5. Each of them can have an additional extra like: Blush / Sweat / Tears
   -- If you don't mention which extras you want I will use this three

6. The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 weeks depending on many factors such as;

7. Health, order of commission, complexity, Work or family issues.
   If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.

C: Customer satisfaction:

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy. However I was proved over time I need to make some rules clear:

1. After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
   Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.

2. Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
   Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it.

3. If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
   Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
   If you give me 3D References out of MMOs make sure the light is natural and shows the colors and important details as it's best.

D: Copyright / Usage policy:

1. I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
   ⦁ Promote myself with in any place or site.
   ⦁ Print it. (Mostly in my artbook under the section Commission.)
   ⦁ To display it anywhere to my liking.
   ⦁ If you want to keep your commission private there is an additional 50% fee.

2. You may use your commission for personal things, such as reposting it, using as icons, etc. as long as it's credited and linked back to me. Please do not edit the picture yourself (resizing and small adjustments are okay, but if you need any other edits, please ask me about them first.)

E: Usage policy for commercial commissions:

1. A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
   With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork. Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
   Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
2. The artist is always entitled to SIGN their work. For commercial usage, the inclusion of credits will be determined in close consultation with the Artist. For editorial usage, aknowledgement of the illustrator is a standard condition. If this condition is not met, the sum payable for publication rights will be increased by 100%, at a minimum of EUR 175,-
3. If the client publishes the artist's work WITHOUT their permission for any purpose other than that which was agreed, then the client will pay per PUBLICATION a sum amounting to twice the agreed or normal fee
4. The client will present to the illustrator 5 free COPIES OF THE PUBLICATION containing the illustration or any part thereof, as soon as publication has taken place
5. If, on the dates specified for payment, the client fails to meet his/her PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS as specified In art. 7, then all his/her rights as client are withheld. This includes the right to use any work submitted by the illustrator for publication purposes.

By ordering a commission from me, you have read and are agreeing to all these terms of service and agreeing to follow them completely.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
