As the artist, I'm allowed to:
• Promote myself with the artwork on any other places or websites.
• Post/display the artwork anywhere I want (ins or twitter etc.) but I will always give you proper credit as the owner of the character.
As the commissioner, you are allowed to:
• Use the artwork in any way you want, as long its for personal use only.
• Repost the artwork on other websites as long you give me proper credit.
• Claim the right of the character but not the artwork.
You are NOT allowed to:
• Reproduce the artwork to make money
• Edit/change the artwork without my permission.
