I may refuse any commission for any reason

I may include all commissions in my portfolio, but will withhold them from social media if requested.

If a commission is purchased with a 'preexisting character' discount, I withhold the right to sell merch of the resulting art, as that's why the discount is available.

If a client cancels a bulk order of commissions, the existing art must be paid at the relevant rate. If I as an artist cancel a bulk order, the existing art remains paid at the discounted rate.
(For example- If a client orders 10 pieces of art but cancels when 5 are completed, those 5 will only have the 5 piece discount. But if I cancel when 5 are completed, those 5 pieces will have the 10 piece discount.)

Please note: My prices are set based on typical active work time for a given piece. I do not follow the standard art pricing advice of charging twice the minimum wage in my area. My prices work out to between 15 and 20 USD per hour worked, depending on complexity, and minimum wage where I live is 15 USD. Discounts take me below this rate, which is why I can only offer them under specific circumstances.
