I reserve the right to decline service to anyone at any time during the process for any reason.
All prices listed are base prices. They are subject to change depending on the complexity of the commission.
The commissioner will be required to pay upfront; once I receive payment, then I will start the piece. If the commissioner needs some time before paying to prepare, I will gladly grant it; however, I will only wait for a week maximum before filling the spot with another commissioner.
All payments are made through PayPal.
Descriptions of poses, scenarios, etc. are welcome, but they must be specific. I will try my best and inquire with the commissioner if I am confused. The commissioner is also welcome to not give descriptions as well, where I will simply draw the character(s) based on the references given.
By commissioning me, the commissioner is aware of the scope of time I may take, as I can be quite slow. If the art is needed by a specific and reasonable deadline, the commissioner is required to tell me before payment, otherwise, I cannot guarantee the piece’s completion before then.
I will send the first two progress shot when I have finished the sketch and the base color, and all changes wanted by the commissioner will be requested at one of these two periods. An excessive number of changes requested will result in charging extra. Any following progress shots will only be sent once I have reached a notable landmark (finished sketch → base color → shading/base paint → finished!) and only if the commissioner asks for that specific shot. I will not send a picture otherwise if prompted unless the piece is already at one of the previously mentioned landmarks.
The commissioner is allowed two (2) minor changes after receiving the finished piece before I am allowed to charge extra. These do not include changes such as adding a forgotten accessory that was explicitly shown on the reference. However, it is the commissioner’s responsibility to have clear, up-to-date references, and to know what is desired before commissioning me. Major changes, such as changing the background or a major part of the pose, will result in charging extra. Prices may vary.
I own all rights to the completed work, allowing me to use the piece freely for self-promotion or otherwise. However, if the commissioner asks before payment not to post the piece, I will gladly oblige.
The commissioner is not allowed to edit, sell, or claim the finished commission as their own in any way. The commissioner is, however, allowed to use the art for PERSONAL ENJOYMENT ONLY, such as personal prints, charms, etc., though I would like to discuss the situation beforehand.
When reposting the finished commission, the commissioner is required to credit me fully, with the inclusion of any of my social media links and alias.
