Terms and Conditions of Digital Art Services

1. Introduction
   These terms regulate the contracting of digital art services. By requesting my services, the client accepts these terms.

2. Contracting and Payments

The client will describe the project with visual references.

The deadline and cost will be agreed upon.

The work will start after a 100% payment (negotiable).

1. Deliveries and Revisions

A sketch will be delivered for approval.

Includes 3 free minor revisions after sketch.

Additional revisions may be charged.

1. Copyright

I retain copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client receives a limited license for use.

Reproduction or resale without my consent is prohibited.

I reserve the right to use the work in my portfolio, unless confidentiality is requested.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

If the client cancels, the retainer is non-refundable.

If I do not complete the project, it will be refunded proportionally.
