Basic Information
You must read the entirety of this page before requesting a commission. If you click accept on the form, I will assume that you have read and accepted these terms & conditions.
I currently only offer commissions for those items listed on the Request Commission form. Anything outside of this will have to be discussed beforehand, and I have the right to refuse the commission.
I do not draw character art, chibis, or NSFW.
All emotes and badges will be provided in their basic sizes used on Twitch (ex: Emotes - 112x, 56x, 28x).
Please thoroughly describe what you are looking for in your commission request. The more information you give, the better we can work together.
Compile clear references and pictures in a link-able document (ex: Google Drive Document). I may not know what you are referencing if you only provide a name. I also won't go hunting for references, so please provide as much as you can. Here is a great example of a detailed reference sheet I made for a request for commissioning another artist (This is for example only, and I do not claim any rights to the images other than the pictures of myself).
Please do not spam me. I promise to always respond as quickly as possible and will update my lead time on the Request Commission page if it changes.
If you do not respond to a sketch or request within 7 days, I will assume that you no longer want the commission and you will forfeit your spot in the queue.
The sketching queue is in order by request. The line art/coloring queue is in order by who has made payment first.
If you ever decide you do not want your spot in the queue, please have the courtesy to send me a quick email or DM on Twitter to let me know.
All prices are subject to change based on demand or skill level increase. These will be posted on the site and Twitter if they are updated.
Tips are never expected, but are greatly appreciated! Thank you for supporting my passion and allowing me to work on your graphics.
Terms & Conditions
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
All commissions created are for personal use only.
You may not use artwork commissioned for any commercial use without prior authorization (ex: cups, mugs, stickers, etc), but are free to use the art on items that are NOT being resold for profit.
Any art needed to be used for merchandise will require a fee for authorization. This fee will be negotiated at time of request, and will be dependent on the artwork itself - may be up to 2x the amount of original commission pricing.
Commissions are non-refundable, and any prices listed are non-negotiable.
Please do not copy or redistribute my artwork or graphics for any reason whatsoever. You may alter your commission artwork after it is created, but cannot claim the artwork as your own. I still reserve all rights to the original artwork and overall design.
By requesting a commission, you agree to all of the terms listed above, as well as all other basic information listed on this page - including all payment information and additional fees for various circumstances.
Rush Orders
You have the option to pay a rush fee to bump your commission to a priority placement on the queue.
If there are multiple rushed commissions in the queue, they will be completed in order of payment.
Orders of 1-2 emotes, 1-2 panels, a set of sub badges with only color changes, and singular Twitter Banners can be rushed to a 2-3 business day turnaround.
Orders larger than those stated above may require additional time, but will still be moved to priority placement.
Rush fees are equivalent to 50% of the total order amount.
Revision Policies
I will accept all revisions within reason during the initial sketch phase, and revisions to color on the final draft before final approval.
If the sketch is to be completely scrapped for a new idea, there will be a redraw fee of $5.
Any revisions to the final draft that are deemed as destructive (ex: line art alterations) will incur additional fees of $5 to $10, and will be at my discretion.
Any revision that requires a complete redraw of the final emote will result in a new charge for a complete emote.
Any color revisions or addition of items (ex: seasonal items, such as spooky eyes, santa hats, etc.) after the final approval stage will incur a fee of $5.
Payment Information
All payments are completed via PayPal invoices.
All prices, including revision/rush fees, are in USD.
I will send my invoice after sketch approval.
I require at least half payment before beginning line art on your commission.
I require full payment before coloring your commission or sending final approval draft.
NO REFUNDS after I have started the commission.
