OCs (Original Characters) and FCs (Fan Characters) are welcome. Reference sheets (if available) are greatly appreciated, but a written description together with photos of something similar is fine too. Any hints you can give me so that I draw your design correctly, or as close to as possible, are appreciated.
I am simply not able to work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As I do have other commitments (namely college), please be aware that there are and will be times when I am simply not able to work on your commission.
I own anything I create for you - you are allowed to use it - but you do not own it. Please do not pass off any content (the finished product, any approval work (sketches and WIPs) or any other work) as your own. This does mean that you cannot resell or use commercially any work, finished or otherwise, without explicit written permission.
3a. I reserve the right to use any complete work in a portfolio (whether it be an online or physical portfolio) or showcase. However, I am free and happy to negotiate alternative arrangements (for secret projects or the like).
3b. I am not liable for the way any finished content of mine is used. Also, I don’t require explicit credit - but it would be nice.
3c. If you (the client) cancel the job partway through, you are in no way allowed to use any completed work and/or concepts at all. Sorry, but them’s the breaks.
I’ll decline anything I don’t feel comfortable doing, or that I feel I won’t be able to complete to a quality standard (confusing / overly vague brief or something similar). Sorry, but I’m not going to do NSFW things. Excessive blood and / or gore is also a no.
4a. Overly complex characters may cost you a bit more than advertised. Just to be safe.
I reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. Any work requested of me means that you have read and accepted, completely and in full, all of the terms listed above.
In parting: I’m just trying to be fair to the both of us, as an artist and her clients. If you like what I’ve done, sharing / signal boosting is greatly appreciated.
