I usually do a sketch before taking the payment, or take the payments in parts. I work rather quick; if you want your commission to be done in a certain time, ask me if I can do it, I possibly can schedule my other activities in a way where I do the commission faster than usual. I work with descriptions as well as visual refs, although the second ones are always appreciated!
