By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

I. General Terms
-Please provide reference images and/or clear descriptions of what you would like.
-Please be polite.

II. Payment
-All commissions must be paid at least half up front, but preferably in full.
-If you pay half up front, the other half must be paid before you receive the finished commission. You will not receive the finished commission until after it has been paid for in full.

III. Process
-Commissions will take roughly a week to complete unless otherwise stated.
-Commissions will sometimes take longer due to school, work, or personal matters.
-If I think your commission will take longer than previously anticipated, I will notify you.
-After accepting a commission, I will send you the sketch. You may ask that I revise it.
-Once you confirm that the sketch is what you're looking for, I will begin doing the rest. You cannot request a revision during the process.

IV. Customer Satisfaction
-It is always my goal to fulfill the customer's requests to the best of my ability.
-When a commission is finished, I can change minor details. This includes small details of the design and/or some colors.
-Bigger revisions will come with a charge. This includes significant changes in the pose or outfit - anything that would require me to redraw the piece.
-To avoid this, please be as clear as possible in your references and description.

V. Copyright/Usage
-I, the artist, reserve the right to use the art - I can post it or use it to promote my work on any site.
-You, the commissioner, are allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. You may print the art and claim the right of your character(s) but not the drawing itself. You can also use the art to promote yourself with proper credit given to the artist.
-You are NOT allowed to reproduce the art or use it in a commercial way. You cannot take credit for the artwork or remove any watermark or signature. You also cannot alter the piece without the consent of the artist.
-Commercial use can be purchased for 200% of the original price. This allows you to make any sort of merch with the art and use it to promote your brand. However, you still are not allowed to take credit for the piece.

VI. Cancellations & Refunds
-I reserve the right to cancel your commission for any reason.
-If you have not sent any payment for the commission, you are allowed to cancel.
-If the commission is canceled, you will be refunded the amount you sent.

All terms are subject to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to starting the commission.
